IMG Global invests in seed and early stage companies that exhibit a clear path to profitability. The partners at IMG Global Investments have been active in all stages of capital raising and start-up operations throughout their careers and understand the unique set of challenges facing management teams at each phase of a company's development.
BOARD REPRESENTATION
The principals at IMG Global play an active role in the leadership of our portfolio companies. This includes taking a seat on the Board of Directors where we assist management with recruiting, sales, growth strategies, general operations, business development, finance and exit strategies.
We look for situations where there is a mutual interest in entering into a deep, long-term partnership with management to jointly build successful and sustainable businesses.
EXIT STRATEGY
We look for companies that can generate a significant return on investment for all shareholders across a wide range of potential exit values.
INDUSTRY FOCUS
We invest in companies that provide and adopt innovative technology solutions where we have a deep understanding of the targeted markets.
INVESTMENT SIZE
IMG Global invests between $250,000 and $1.5 million per round. We prefer to act as the lead or co-lead investor as well as represent the first institutional capital in the company.

Ross is the Founding Partner of InterGlobal Management Group and has been advising local and multinational companies for over 25 years.
He has advised boards and senior management of corporations in the UK, the US and Australia in a range of industries including entertainment & media, real estate, automotive, FMCG, manufacturing, wholesaling and gaming & wagering.
He specialises in corporate and business unit strategy, customer segmentation and channel strategy, new-market entry design and business development strategies. He studied for his MBA at the South Australian Institute of Technology.
ALLAN WILLIAMS
PARTNER
Allan has been Managing Partner of financial services firm Flinders Partners Group for over 15 years. He holds a bachelor of Commerce, is a Certified Accountant and has an MBA.
Allan has valuable experience in general management, audit, insolvency, corporate advisory and strategy across a wide range of industries, including financial services, professional services, retail, marketing and manufacturing.
In addition, Allan has been involved in the restructuring, recapitalisation and relisting of a number of ASX listed entities.
CHARBEL NADER
PARTNER
Charbel is Founding Chairman of Metro Media Publishing. He is an investment banker with a background in finance, media and mergers and acquisitions.
He established and led the Melbourne office of Pitt Capital Partners Ltd, and has worked with News Corp’s venture capital vehicle e-Ventures and PBL/Nine Network where he was responsible for the Macquarie Nine Film raising, a joint venture between the Nine Network and Macquarie Bank.
He is a Founder and Executive Vice President of Australia Acquisition Corporation, Deputy Chairman of ASX-listed b2b media and events company Aspermont Ltd.

DUNCAN WALLACE
PARTNER
Duncan has over 20 years experience as a Board level executive around the globe working in key market verticals including Telecommunications (Airtel, BT, Crazy Johns, Hutchison, O2, Vodacom, MTN & Telstra), Utility (Scottish Power & British Gas), Retail (Asda-Walmart, Marks & Spencer, Tesco), & Financial Services (ABN Amro/Rabo, AIG, Amex, Flemings, GRE & NAB). Throughout this time he has been responsible for numerous green-field start-ups in the UK, Europe, South Africa, Japan and Australia.

Duncan holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide, is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Marketing, an Associate of the Royal College and Fellow of Trinity College, London.
